A new Venture in South Africa
There is a new venture starting in South Africa, a wool farm for Angora Rabbits. They are small at the moment with only three bucks but are looking to find some does this year so that they can really get going.
The idea is that local people can be employed in looking after and harvesting their wool for use to make all sorts of things for their people, clothes, felt material for jackets, hats and numerous other products.
If you live in South africa and have any angora does to spare please give them a call as unfortunately they are not allowed to import any.
There are also rabbit shows held in their area for all breeds.
